6月11日，由中華人民共和國商務(wù)部主辦，貴州科學(xué)院承辦的洪都拉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全研修班結(jié)業(yè)典禮在貴陽圓滿落幕。來自洪都拉斯財(cái)政部、外交部、自然資源部等多個(gè)部門20名官員和技術(shù)骨干，經(jīng)過為期14天的系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)與實(shí)踐考察，圓滿完成研修任務(wù)。
On June 11, the closing ceremony of the The Seminar on Cyber-security for Honduras, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and organized by Guizhou Academy of Sciences, was held in Guiyang. 20 officials and technical experts from multiple Honduran departments, including the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Natural Resources, completed their 14-day study and practical inspection.
多年來，貴州科學(xué)院通過承辦商務(wù)部援外培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目，向發(fā)展中國家分享了我國在計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、大數(shù)據(jù)、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)、生態(tài)環(huán)保、人工智能等領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與發(fā)展成果，在促進(jìn)國際交流合作同時(shí)，也進(jìn)一步加深中國與其他發(fā)展中國家的深厚友誼。
For years, Guizhou Academy of Sciences has shared China’s expertise in computer science and technology, big data, modern agricultural technology, ecological environmental protection, and artificial intelligence with developing countries through Ministry of Commerce-funded foreign aid training programs. These efforts not only foster international exchange and cooperation but also deepen the friendship between China and other developing countries.
貴州科學(xué)院相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人表示，本期研修班作為援外人力資源培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的重要組成部分，為中國與洪都拉斯搭建了一座溝通的橋梁，讓我們有機(jī)會(huì)增進(jìn)彼此了解、加強(qiáng)交流互鑒、實(shí)現(xiàn)共同進(jìn)步，也為雙方在信息技術(shù)與人工智能領(lǐng)域的深度合作筑牢根基。
A representative from the Guizhou Academy of Sciences said that this training seminar, as a key component of the foreign aid human resources training program, has established a communication bridge between China and Honduras. It has offered an opportunity to enhance mutual understanding, deepen exchanges and mutual learning, and achieve shared progress. Meanwhile, it has laid a solid foundation for the two sides to further cooperate in the fields of information technology and artificial intelligence.
據(jù)了解，本次研修班開設(shè)的課程涵蓋了中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全政策法規(guī)、新一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)安全、大數(shù)據(jù)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用及人工智能等內(nèi)容，為學(xué)員提供了寶貴的理論知識(shí)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
The curriculum covered core topics including China’s cyber-security policies and regulations, new-generation internet security technologies, practical applications of big data and IoT, and AI governance, equipping participants with valuable theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
除了理論學(xué)習(xí)，研修班還安排豐富的參觀考察。學(xué)員們實(shí)地參觀了貴州科學(xué)院科技成果展示中心、貴州科學(xué)院高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新基地、國家大數(shù)據(jù)（貴州）綜合試驗(yàn)區(qū)展示中心以及貴陽和廈門的相關(guān)企業(yè)，見證了中國在數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)和高科技領(lǐng)域的蓬勃發(fā)展。這些參觀考察不僅拓寬了學(xué)員們的視野，也讓他們對(duì)中國在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的成就有了更直觀的認(rèn)識(shí)。
Beyond classroom learning, the program also included extensive field researches. Participants visited the Guizhou Academy of Sciences Exhibition Center, the Academy’s High-Tech Pilot Base, the National Big Data (Guizhou) Comprehensive Pilot Zone Exhibition Center, and cyber-security enterprises in Guiyang and Xiamen. These visits allowed them to know about China’s dynamic progress in the digital economy and high-tech sectors, offering them tangible insights into the cyber-security and digital innovation of China.
“此次研修班既是專業(yè)技術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí)，也是文化與商貿(mào)方面的交流?！眳⒂?xùn)學(xué)員代表洪都拉斯財(cái)政部信息技術(shù)司司長雅各布·普魯多特表示，此次研修令人印象深刻，讓我們親眼見證了中國如何將創(chuàng)新、數(shù)字安全融入各領(lǐng)域發(fā)展。下一步，洪都拉斯將持續(xù)與中國開展進(jìn)一步交流合作，在相互尊重、互利共贏、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路上攜手共進(jìn)。
"This seminar was not merely technical study, but also a profound cultural and commercial exchange", said Jacob Prudot, Director of the IT Department at Honduras’ Ministry of Finance. "The seminar left a deep impression, showcasing how China integrates innovation and digital security into development. Honduras will continue deepening collaboration with China, advancing on a path of mutual respect, win-win cooperation, and sustainable development."
