真的很酸!貴州美食俘獲TVB“豬八戒” “The sourness is overwhelming! ”What Guizhou delicacy is this that TVB's actors are tasting?

近日,TVB美食綜藝節(jié)目《江湖見》走進(jìn)貴州,“豬八戒”黎耀祥與麥長青品嘗了布依米酒酸湯,直呼:“真的很酸!可以再來三碗米飯?!?/p>

 

Recently, TVB's food variety show “Journey to Jianghu” ventured into Guizhou, where actors Wayne Lai (known for his role as 'Pigsy') and Mak Cheung-Ching tried the Buyi-style rice wine sour soup. They exclaimed, “It’s really sour! We could eat three more bowls of rice with this!”

 

貴州素來有“三天不吃酸,走路打躥躥”的說法。貴州酸湯包羅萬象,海鮮、河鮮、番茄、蔬菜,甚至牛和羊的膽汁胃液都可以用來做酸湯和酸菜。貴州飲食江湖之特點(diǎn),如果要用一個(gè)字來概括,那就是——酸。

 

Guizhou has a saying, “Three days without sour food, and you’ll stagger down the road.”The province’s sour soups are culinary marvels, encompassing vast ingredients - seafood, river catches, tomatoes, vegetables, and even bile and gastric juices from cattles and goats can be made into sour soups or pickled dishes. When it comes to Guizhou’s food culture, one word sums it all up - sour.
